Linda is the founder and creator of Purelit Studios in April of 2019. She has been helping clients reach their health and fitness goals for ten plus years through functional fitness training using cutting edge exercise techniques, correcting body mechanics, sound nutrition and accountability coaching. With training in several exercise programs as a nationally certified coach and years of experience, she has adopted various strategies necessary for true change and lifelong health and fitness. She founded the 8 week FLIP THE SWITCH program that looks at the whole picture of health and fitness and then dives deep down to FLIP every mental, emotional, and physical switch that brings about long lasting real success! She is very passionate about incorporating mental discipline into every training session and helping every client find their inner “LIT” self.

PRIVATE TRAINER
GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Kendall has been a multi-sport athlete her whole life and has been involved in the fitness world for over a decade now. During her pregnancy, 5 years ago, she became a ISSA certified personal trainer because she wanted to use her skills, experience, and her own journey to help others.

By personally competing in college sports, experiencing injury, and navigating her health postpartum, Kendall empathetically engages with a diverse range of people of all ages and fitness levels. She cares about every client and feels lucky that she gets to help people gain strength and confidence everyday. She loves helping people exceed their goals while teaching people how to enjoy the journey as well.

rachel

GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Rachel is a certified group fitness instructor and specializes in barre, CIRCL Mobility™, STRONG Nation® HIIT, and Zumba® dance fitness. She has a true passion for fitness and believes it should be fun. Her energy is through the roof, infectious, and her classes are thoroughly welcoming. Let her help you make fitness a priority through music-led group “exercise in disguise.”

camille

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Camille is a seasoned certified Hatha Yoga instructor. She has always been into health and fitness but gained a love of yoga after a back injury during pregnancy. She learned how integral and safe yoga can be to increase strength, balance and flexibility. She is passionate about the benefits of yoga and theh focus on meditation. She practices yoga to steady her busy mind and believes the student knows their body and limits better than they think. Camille sees herself as a guide to your personal practice. She looks forward to meeting you on the mat.

CHILD ACTIVITY CENTER DIRECTOR

Kelly has a bachelor’s in Family Science and a masters of Social Work (MSW) with an emphasis in child welfare. She stopped working in social work field to spend time with her children when they were younger. Now that her children are teenagers, she enjoys getting to interact with the younger children at Purelit. Her love for children is obvious to all who come through our doors. Her goal is to make every child feel safe, have fun and allow parents an opportunity to get “me time” and improve their physical and emotional wellbeing. She is sincerely grateful for all the interaction she gets when she is with the children as they brighten her day.
