BLUE HOT FUEL YOGA
BLUE HOT FUEL YOGA is a power yoga sweat session including breathwork, hot holds, body flows, movement chains, and long stretches to improve strength and power, increase mobility, restore human movement, and repair and bulletproof the joints. We include mindset work to shift our biology to heal the body, mind and soul. The room will be warmed to improve circulation and detox. Cold aromatherapy towels complete this therapeutic session.
SPIN & RENEW YOGA
SPIN YOGA RENEW Is a 60/75/90 minute detox sweat session combining restorative SPIN and power yoga. Music is personally selected to motivate and inspire, aromatherapy and lighting is used to destress and energize. The end of the session includes a beautiful meditation with cold aromatherapy towels to restore and heal the body.
This is a perfect workout to destress body, mind and spirit.
LIT HIT HOT LEGS & GLUTES
LIT HIT LEGS/GLUTES is a lower body high intensity resistance training 60 minute session. The first circuit is designed to put heat in the muscles through mobility movement prep and then move into the combination of full range of motion and heavier weight training. This workout will recruit more muscle activation, taking your strength and fitness to the next level. Time to PureLIT level up.

LIT METCON Is our unique Purelit Metabolic Conditioning workout program designed to improve athletic performance incorporating cutting edge technology and exercise techniques.
