I’ve personally worked with Linda and she is amazing! She kicks your butt, motivates, and gets to know her clients! She stayed on top of things to ensure my meal preps were coming along well, checked in to see how the classes were going, and to see how my overall progress was coming along. Linda is amazing. She’s encouraging, and holds you accountable. Her workouts are challenging and always changing. It’s never boring, and hits every part of your body. I lost 17 lbs in 6 weeks during the challenge. Didn’t quite make my goal, but I learned so much in the process. I learned better eating habits; I learned that I can push myself harder than I ever thought I could. I learned that I’m way more capable of what I ever thought I was in the past.
